Windansea Inc. was founded by Michael Chapon, a distinguished Naval Academy graduate with a deep-seated interest in the building process. During his service as a commissioned officer, Chapon worked extensively with engineering departments and played a significant role in numerous renovation projects on various military bases. This experience honed his skills and fueled his passion for construction, ultimately leading him to establish his own company.
